The following cases were heard in Southampton Magistrates’ Court:

Emily Sarah Louise Clayton, 24, Wavell Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour, stealing curtains at the value of £245 from Next and failing to surrender at custody Found guilty of assault. Given 12 weeks prison suspended for 18 months, a three month curfew, a rehabilitation requirement for six months. Told to pay £120 in compensation.

Liberty George Cooper, 44, Summertree Court, New Milton. Pleaded guilty to damaging a door belonging to New Forest District Council. Community order, ordered to pay a fine of £20 and compensation of £211.06.

Andrew John Westbrook, 49, Warren Farm, Romsey. Found guilty of assaulting a woman. Given a community order as well 80 unpaid work. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £620 costs. A restraining order has also been made.

Lee Collins, 22, of Cranbury Place, Southampton. Found guilty of getting on a train without having a valid ticket. Ordered to pay £403.40 by the court.

Steward William Compton, 52, of Spring Lane, Eastleigh. Found guilty of getting on a train without having a valid ticket. Ordered to pay £393.40 by the court.

Joe Ensoll, 24, of Foundry Lane, Southampton. Found guilty of getting on a train at St Denys Railway Station without having a valid ticket on September 22. Ensoll was ordered to pay £393.40 by the court.

Danny Carl Hughes, 25, of Mescott Meadows, Hedge End. Found guilty of travelling on a train without paying his £3.20 fare.Ordered to pay £627.20 by the court.

Leon James, of Flowerdown Close, Calmore. Found guilty of getting on a train without having a valid ticket. Ordered to pay £392 by the court.

Kristiana Kowalewicz, 21, of Test Lane, Southampton. Found guilty of getting on a train without having a valid ticket. Ordered to pay £392 by the court.

Sebastian Nowicki, 32, of Shaftesbury Avenue, Southampton. Found guilty of travelling on a train without paying his £3.40 fare. Ordered to pay £627.40 by the court.

Ashley Pritchard, 35, of Somerset Crescent, Chandler’s Ford. Found guilty of getting on a without having a valid ticket. Ordered to pay £392.80 by the court.

Leo Shields, 19, of Raleigh Close, New Milton. Found guilty of getting on a train without having a valid ticket. Ordered to pay £392.70 by the court.

Daniel Silvosa, 18, of Spring Wood, Southampton. Found guilty of getting on a train without a valid ticket. Ordered to pay £393.40 by the court.

Jody Wells, 29, of Monks Way, Southampton. Found guilty of getting on a train without having a valid ticket. Ordered to pay £392.80 by the court.

Geoffrey Alan King, 68, Millbrook Road East, Southampton. Found guilty of assault. Given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge as well as £310 costs.

Olivia Jessop, 29, Park Close, Hythe. Pleaded guilty to stealing a can of alcohol of the value of £2.99 from One Stop in Hythe. Given a 12 month conditional discharge, ordered to pay a compensation of £2.99, a victim surcharge of £20 and to pay costs of £85.

Anthony Roger Dodge, 71, Ashby Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to notify Southampton City Council of changes in his circumstance. Given a two year conditional discharge, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £120 in costs.

Kevin George Sweeny, 56, Pennys Crescent, Fordingbridge. Pleaded not guilty to threatening a woman and damaging a motor vehicle. Given a community order rehabilitation activity requirement as well as 150 hours unpaid work. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £620 costs. A restraining order has also been made.
