AMONG the cases heard at Southampton Magistrates Court were:

ADRIAN ANTHONY MULLINS, 30, of Thackeray Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to attend an office appointment, breaching a suspended sentence order. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £80 costs.

CONNER JAMES BRACKSTONE, 20, of Hinkler Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour against a police officer. Rehabilitation activity requirement of 10 days made and fined £50. Ordered to pay £80 victim services surcharge.

KIEFER LEWIS BUNDAY, 24, of Langdown Road, Hythe, New Forest. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 14 months, fined £420 and ordered to pay £85 costs.

PAUL JOHN COVEY, 48, of Leigh Road, Chandler’s Ford. Pleaded guilty to drink driving and possession of cocaine. Ordered to carry out 120 hours community service and ordered to pay £80 victim services surcharge and £85 costs.

GLYNIS MAUREEN ELLENS, 68, of Talbot Cottage, Lymington, New Forest. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified from driving for three years, fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim services surcharge and £85 costs.

EMMA RUTH OSMAN, 50, of Rose Road, Portswood, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assaulting two police officers. Rehabilitation activity requirement made for 10 days and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.

TESSA RICHARDSON, 45, of Dairymoor, Wickham. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 22 months, fined £240 and ordered to pay victim services surcharge of £30 and £85 costs.

CHRISTOPER ONOCHIE ADIGWE, 33, of Castle Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Fined £750 and ordered to pay £150 compensation, £75 victim services surcharge and £85 costs.

DYLAN LEECH, of Hameldon Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. Given a curfew monitor for three months between 7am and 7pm. Ordered to pay £60 victim services surcharge of £60.

TIMOTHY FLACK, of Portswood Road, Southampton. Drove a car that had been declared as off the road. Fined £440 and ordered to pay costs of £90 and £92.50 vehicle excise duty.

KELLY JOANNE R WING, 26, of Redbridge Hill, Southampton. Found guilty of driving without a licence. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £48.34 vehicle excise duty and £90 costs.

SCOTT CRAIG KILLOPS, 45, of Africa Drive, Marchwood, New Forest. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle without having insurance, driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence and fraudulently use a registration mark. Community order made including unpaid work to be completed by April 3, 2018. £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, fined £100.

AMANDA JANE RODGERS, 42, of Hightown Tower, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing items valued at £607.80 belonging to ASDA. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. £20 surcharge victim, £85 costs.

MAZUR WOTTEK,29, of Alma Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of red wine valued at £6.25 belonging to Tesco, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence, pleaded guilty to failing to surrender custody at West Hampshire Magistrate, pleaded guilty to obstructing a police officer, ordered to pay £93 victim surcharge, £385 costs, and fined £850

TOMAS DAVID LLOYD, 25,Cranbury Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two charges of theft from Asda, sentenced to 14 days in jail.

MALCOLM BIRD, 50, Southampton Street, Southampton. Indicated plea of guilty to stealing four Yankee candles from Boots. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, paid victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

JOGA SINGH, 44, Parsonage Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving without a valid MOT certificate, and pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driving license, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle while under the influence of drugs, also pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words and behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe violence would be used against him. Disqualified from driving for three years, imprisoned for 18 weeks, and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge, Given suspended prison sentence of 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months.

DANIEL JAY WARLOW, 29, Tatwin Close, Thornhill, Southampton. Failed to comply with community requirement of a suspended sentence. Committed to prison term of six weeks suspended for 12 months. The defendant must now comply with the following requirements within the supervision period of 12 months.

MINDAUGAS ZIGAS, 25, Roselands Gardens, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving and another charge of driving without insurance. Fined £500 and £200,victim surcharge of £50, costs of £85, and disqualified from driving for 38 months.

MARCIN LUKASZ PASTUSZKA, 37, Grange Road, Southampton: Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £700, £185 victim surcharge, £129.38 compensation, £255 costs.

MARTIN MANJINDER SINGH, 40, Leyton Road, Northam, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing two Marc Jacobs perfume gift sets worth £132. Sentenced to 28 days in prison.
