Jack Matthew Gregory, 27, of Tichborne House, Hedge End. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. Discharged conditionally for 6 months. Victim surcharge £20. Costs £85.

Robert Andrew Wells, 30, of Marchwood Village Centre, Marchwood. Found guilty of assault. Community order made including rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £100. Compensation £150. Costs £100.

Shanti David John Hatch, 39, of Alma Road, Southampton. Found guilty of assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods valued at £1,950. Community order made including 50 hours of unpaid work. Compensation £810. Victim surcharge £85. Costs £150.

John Raspin Knight, 50, of Elm Crescent, Hythe. Found guilty of drink driving, driving without insurance and while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license. Committed to prison for four months suspended for 12 months. Rehabilitation activity requirement and unpaid work for 150 hours. Victim surcharge £115. Costs £620. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving license for 48 months. Driving record endorsed.

Christopher William Burleigh, 60, of Adelaide Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to complete annual registration as per sex offender requirements. Fined £150. Victim surcharge £30. Costs £85.

Joao Da Silva Teixeira, 42, of Witts Hill, Bitterne, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to speeding and failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been found guilty of an offence. Fined £590. Victim surcharge £59. Costs £85. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving license for 21 days. Driving record endorsed.

Fabia Fernandes, 33, of Blackthorn Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using a TV without a license. Fined £89. Victim surcharge £30. Costs £60.

Lucan Kayley, 35, of Howard Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to speeding. Fined £96. Victim surcharge £30. Costs £85. Driving record endorsed with 5 points.

LlOYD Edward Ditchfield, 46, of Windfield House, Totton. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. Original requirements to continue rehabilitation activity requirement and new alcohol treatment requirement. Costs £60.

The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates Court on July 18:

Steven William Benham, 46, of Shirley Towers, Southampton, pleaded guilty to racially abusing and threatening a woman. He was fined £150. Ordered to pay £30 and costs of £85.

Kim Michelle Brown, 40, of Meggeson Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to failing to give a breath test when suspected of drink driving. She has been ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85. She has also been disqualified from driving for 29 months.

Ernest Piotr Kujawski, 39, of Paynes Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to possessing three orange coloured tablets which were found to be amphetamine. Conditionally discharged for six months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £40 in costs.

Jade Amy Mulholland, 24, of Wellands Road, Lyndhurst, pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis. Fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £50.

Robert Lee Weatherall, 28, of Pern Drive, Botley, pleaded guilty to driving on Maypole Roundabout in Hedge End under the influence of alcohol. Fined £80. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £40. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Herman Onana Ayisi, 45, of Brook Valley, Southampton, pleaded guilty to failing to give a breath test when suspected of drink driving. Fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £30. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
