A PEDESTRIAN is trapped under a bus after a crash in a Southampton neighbourhood.
Emergency services rushed to Victoria Road, Woolston, following the incident this afternoon.
Ambulance crews are currently attempting to free the person from under the vehicle, which is near the junction with Portsmouth Road.
Fire crews have now cordoned off the area.
A passer-by told the Daily Echo: "I saw the bus come round the corner.
"The next thing I know, I heard a banging noise, then lots of screaming."
