To celebrate their 40th anniversary, English punk band The Damned will perform at the 02 Guidhall on Tuesday 13th February.

The Evil Spirits Tour goes alongside their 11th album, Evil Spirits which will be released on 13th April this year.

Having not released an album in ten years, the first single Standing On The Edge Of Tomorrow is an optimistic song, according to frontman Dave Vanian, despite its dark themes on humanity.

Not only will they perform new tracks from Evil Spirits but will treat the audience to firm favourites such as New Rose, Neat Neat Neat and Love Song.

They will be supported by Slim Jim Phantom the drummer from the Stray Cats.

The Damned are set to play 16 shows through January and February including stops in Berlin and Amsterdam.
