PEOPLE feeling lonely, isolated, stressed or worried can come to a new group to sit and relax in good company with friends.

Hosted by the Friends of Bitterne Library, the mindfulness meeting are principally adult relaxation times with colouring and time to unwind, learn to be calmer and improve wellbeing.

The group next meets at Bitterne Library on Wednesday, February 28 between 2.15pm and 4.15pm.

The session is free.
