A DEVELOPERS plans to create a new home in Bassett has been rejected.
Officials from Southampton City Council believed the proposal, which would have seen two flats at 466 Winchester converted into the dwelling house, had "an inappropriate" design which would have had an impact on the character of the road.
It was refused on April 24.
