A FREE talk on homophobia in football will take place next week.
Rory McGrath, senior lecturer in football studies at Solent University will ask "are we ever going to see an LGBT player in the premier league? And how should we respond when countries with terrible records on LGBT rights host the World Cup?" at his event. Everyone is welcome and there will be a collection in support of Southampton Pride at the end of the event.
It takes place on July 18 from 5.30-7pm in Spark Building on East Park Terrace.
