Hamble lifeboat had a busy Easter, with call-outs to four incidents in the Solent area.
The independent lifeboat towed a motor cruiser which had suffered a fire, and also helped a yacht off Hamble.
The lifeboat also helped a vessel which had run aground off the entrance to the River Hamble.
While on patrol off Hillhead, it came across a motor vessel which had suffered an engine failure and repairs were made.
As the weather deteriorated yesterday, the lifeboat went to the assistance of a motor cruiser that was drifting into the middle of a shipping lane near Calshot.
