A former Salterforth pub that has been converted into a home is set to subdivided to provide a second house. Matt Wood has submitted a planning application to Pendle Council to subdivide the former Fanny Grey Hotel, on High Lane, into two dwellings. The plan also seeks permission for a two-storey side extension, a single-storey side extension and the formation of a new vehicular access.
