The M3 motorway
THERE are delays on the motorway this afternoon following a crash.
One lane is blocked on the M3 southbound at junction 11 due to a road traffic incident.
Queues are as far back as the A34 at junction 11 of the motorway.
The road was cleared by 4pm, but residual delays were still in place an hour later.
