WINCHESTER man Nicholas Smith has been told ordered to pay more than £500 with six points on his licence for motoring offences.
Smith, 23, of Acorn Close, Weeke, admitted driving with no insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
Magistrates at Basingstoke fined him £400 and ordered he pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs as well as having six points put on his licence.
