A WINCHESTER man found with cannabis worth £120 has been ordered to pay more than £700.
Richard French, 39, of Trussell Crescent, Weeke, admitted possession on July 2, before magistrates in Basingstoke.
They fined him £440, with a £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.
