AN inquest has been opened into the death of the fourth prisoner to die at a Hampshire prison in six weeks.
Mohamed Emamy- Foroushani, 40, was found hanging in his cell at Winchester Prison on September 2.
That was just days before he was due to appear in court on a firearms possession charge.
His death followed three others at the prison in under two months.
Jason Payne, Daryl Hargrave and wellknown campaigner Haydn Burton have also died since mid-July.
The inquest into his death was opened last week.
It is due to resume at Winchester Coroner’s Court on February 9, 2016.
