The M3
MOTORISTS face delays this afternoon with one lane on a Hampshire motorway closed.
Lane two of the M3 between Winchester services and junction eight at Popham and the A303 is closed in both directions due to barrier repairs.
Delays are expected with stop-start traffic occurring along the stretch.
