POLICE have shut down a suspected Hampshire drugs den after a woman was charged with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin.

Magistrates issued a closure order against a house in Trussell Crescent, Winchester, on Friday after reports of drug taking and anti-social behaviour.

It will be a criminal offence to enter the house without police clearance for the next three months.

Lisa O’Sullivan, 37, who lived in the house, has been charged with possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin.

The Daily Echo has reported two assaults in the street in the past eight months, including a double stabbing, with numerous burglaries and petty crimes in the area linked to the house by neighbours.

Hampshire Constabulary said the problems were “having a significant effect” on neighbours in the leafy suburb.

O’Sullivan is due to appear at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday.

Anyone with information related to drugs or anti-social behaviour is asked to call 101. Alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
