JOHN Sebastian Tyler must get treatment for his alcohol problem after admitting attacking a woman.
Tyler, 42, pleaded guilty to assaulting Lisa O'Sullivan in Winchester on February 2.
Tyler, of St Martins Close, Winnall, received a community order when he appeared before magistrates in Basingstoke.
he must take part in an alcohol treatment programme for nine months with a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 20 days.
A restraining order was imposed to prevent him from contacting Ms O'Sullivan.
He was also ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £25 costs.
