A CHARITY is offering the chance to ‘say goodbye’ for anyone who has suffered the loss of a baby.
The Mariposa Trust supports around 50,000 people around the world each week through their ‘saying goodbye’ services and will be coming to Winchester Cathedral.
The Saying Goodbye services are the first national and international set of Remembrance Services for people who have lost a baby during pregnancy, at birth or in infancy.
Held at Cathedrals and Minsters, it is hoped that people from across Hampshire and the Solent will take an hour from their day to attend.
Established by Zoe and Andy Clark-Coates – who have suffered the loss of five babies – the services aim to remember the lives lost or cut short in a moving and reflective service.
Services feature music, poetry, and personal stories.
More information can be found at www.sayinggoodbye.org.
The Winchester service will take place at 10.30am on Saturday.
