FIREFIGHTERS were called to a blaze at an unusual location - a fire station.
Pumps from Winchester, Hightown and Alton were called to the retained station at Alresford and used a water jet, hose reel, and four sets of breathing apparatus to put out the fire.

The building is shared with Hampshire Police but no staff were in the building at the time, and everyone has been accounted for.
An investigation will be carried out into the blaze, which happened at 10.34am yesterday.
