CONCERNED councillors in Alresford have called a public meeting to discuss the proposed relocation of the town’s post office.
The Post Office confirmed before Christmas that it was considering moving the facility along West Street to the Co-op store.
The delivery office, which is currently situated behind the office with access off Station Road, will remain in its current location.
Representatives from the Post Office will attend the meeting, called by New Alresford Town Council, which will be held at Alresford Recreation Centre on Thursday, February 18, from 7.30pm.
