A WARRANT was issued for the arrest of a Winchester woman accused of shoplifting.
Magistrates in Winchester have ordered the arrest of Izabela Rubinkiewicz-Dabrowska, 43, of Limetree Walk, Winnall, for stealing three fragrances valued at £171 on December 30.
