A drama school is expanding its Romsey classes in the New Year.
Perform, based at the United Abbey Reformed Church, will run sessions for seven to 12-year-olds from January 6 from 5 to 6pm.
Currently Perform caters for four to seven-year-olds from 4pm to 5pm on Tuesdays at the URC.
Perform, who hold drama, dance and singing workshops, started a class in January 2000 with four children in Primrose Hill. They now have more than 5,000 children attending their workshops across London.
Classes focus on “The 4Cs” Confidence, Communication, Co-ordination and Concentration.
Principal Lucy Quick says: “We are incredibly excited about opening in Romsey. Parents have been asking us to open locally for ages and we have a fantastic venue and have found some brilliant teachers to lead the workshops.”
