PLANS for the first phase of a 330-home development in rural Hampshire have been given the go-ahead by councillors.
The proposal for 41 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses in Fair Oak was approved by members of the Bishopstoke, Fair Oak and Horton Heath Local Area Committee at a meeting on Wednesday last week.
Developer Bloor Homes’ plans include a community building, play areas and a wildflower meadow.
