SHE may only be 12-years-old but Hampshire schoolgirl Ellise Rooney has been crowned one of the UK’s ‘Ultimate Bridesmaids’.
Launched by wedding specialists Confetti.co.uk, Ellise was a runner up in the competition after being nominated by her auntie Emma Rooney.
She was highly commended for her commitment to the wedding and dedication to helping the bride prepare for her big day, showing maturity beyond her years sourcing designs for dresses, shoes and coordinating the wedding team via Facebook, email and phone and influencing colour and style choices for the team of bridesmaids.
“Helping Auntie Emma get ready for her wedding over the past ten months has been hard work but a lot of fun, I’m still trying to convince her to take her first dance to Jessie J though,” said Ellise.
