A TRIO of Southampton councillors have raised more than £1,200 for a good cause by plunging 10,000ft from a plane.
City councillors Jeremy Moulton, Ben Walker, and Paul Holmes took part in a skydive to raised cash for Southampton based disabled children’s charity the Rose Road Association.
It provides education and respite care for 200 disabled children and young people.
Cllr Moulton, who raised £518, said: “I am delighted that we were able to raise money for such a great local charity.
“All the staff at Rose Road do an amazing job. It was a fantastic experience and I would certainly do it again.”
