A new sexual health service for Hampshire has been launched.
The whole service has had an overhaul, which has resulted in a single local telephone that patients can call for help and advice.
The new service will be provided by Solent NHS Trust and brings together a range of different sexual health services across Southampton, Portsmouth and Hampshire.
Previously, sexual health services were fragmented and provided in different ways across the county, meaning that patients were confused and many had to travel to different clinics for their needs.
Now, after two years talking to residents, the revamp will offer services at community-based locations, which health bosses believe will offer more choice.
