Sweeping statement which I trust you can post here the factual figures,
from recognised sources, to support your statement

How is the biker? Does anyone know if he/she was injured? Just to point out that being a biker myself it is very unpleaseant sitting in traffic with car exhaust fumes in your face - hence we keep moving. And No I do not assume that I have a forcefield around me and I take great care when riding - I value my life!!!

I feel annoyed that Bikers slam all car drivers for not looking in their mirrors..not all of us are careless idiots. try driving on the M3 everyday in 50mph heavy traffic and not feel brassed off when bikers cut in and out disregarding other road users..one was bound to come off and many more will until they learn to curb their attitude

My bike is air cooled, so if I sat in traffic with all the skips, my engine would melt. I dont have nice air blowers to take the heat of the radiator y'see. So yes I filter, even if it upsets a few folk that move over to try and block my progress. Most people are nice and considerate tho.
