Because that’s the way it looks. If so I’m a taxi driver and not aware of this but I don’t belong to any of the many different associations that seem to make all the decisions for us. But everyone you are still missing the point here It only has space for 3 taxi\'s on the Bellevue rank , so if its full with its 3 taxi\'s then we will just drive passed ( in search of another empty space on a rank) and be flagged further down London Rd Also if coming out of town up London rd then we can also be flagged before even reaching the rank. Which we are legally allowed to do. It’s not the rank that is the problem it’s the location and the size of it that is the problem Why take away the Bedford places rank and London rd’s rank which worked well and in total had space for over 12 taxi’s and replace it with Bellevue rd’s 3 car rank. I won’t boycott the rank but I also know I won’t even reach it as I will have my light on if my taxi is empty and will be flagged down before I even get to it. This will all soon pass. The rank is destine to fail. And the Taxi drivers will be blamed for the Highways mistakes. Guys why don’t you ask for our input when deciding these things we are out there, we know what people want and where the best places are to put the ranks. We would be glad to help you because putting a rank in Bellevue rd goes to show you haven’t got a clue

And just for the drivers who will take it upon themselves to go mob handed - as they are gutless unless in a group - you are a gutless bunch of losers with no spines. I am one of the many, that are fed up with useless taxi drivers taking over the streets. There are too many drivers and ranks already, and we only seem to have badly educated slobs. Now phone in the echo and demand this removal, you lowlifes. You think shouting and screaming mob handed will work. The council are on to you, also the police and now the public.
