Plans for three single-storey homes to be built in Hampshire village
THREE single-storey homes could be built on a residential estate in Sutton Scotney.
Plans for additional houses at The Beeches on Oxford Road will be considered by Winchester City Council.
The plans would involve the reduction in the level of a redundant railway embankment, as well as loft conversions.
The scheme will be decided by the council on January 10.
