CIVIC chiefs have refused to allow a Hampshire outbuilding to be converted into a two-bedroom holiday let.
An application relating to a site at West Common, Langley, was rejected at a meeting of the New Forest National Park Authority.
Members said the proposed development would be detrimental to the rural character of the area.
