HOMES and businesses in Hampshire are being encouraged to sign up for Superfast Broadband.
It comes as Hampshire County Council and its partners have made faster internet speeds available to more than 26,000 extra homes and firms in 2014 (this year).
However latest figures reveal that many people are not aware whether they can get Superfast Broadband where they live β or what they need to do to take up the service.
Leader of Hampshire County Council, Councillor Roy Perry, said: βThe roll-out of superfast broadband across Hampshire creates exciting opportunities for us all. Many of the services we use are now done online from the explosion of online shopping to online streaming services.β
