Tim Farron has been elected as the Liberal Democrats' new national leader.
It comes after Nick Clegg stood down following the disastrous General Election results.
Mr Farron said its job was to turn millions of liberals into Liberal Democrats and reverse the party's fortunes.
He was elected with 56 per cent of vote held among party members.
