A neighbour from hell
AFTER reading the article headlined Neighbour Put Family Through Years of Hell (Daily Echo, April 24), I feel complelled to write to you.
I have been aware of this neighbour's awful behaviour since the beginning and I am so glad to see that he is finally getting his comeuppance.
The man has made that poor family's life hell and to see that he is no longer getting away with what he has done makes the world seem right again.
No family in any area should be made to go through such an awful experience, and I feel so strongly about neighbour to neighbour conflicts.
I do believe after seeing it in this situation and others that councils should take more control over such things.
It is very unfair that the Eccles family will be unable to sell their house due to their neighbour's bad behaviour.
I think that it should be him who is made to leave the property so that the family home Mr and Mrs Eccles originally planned can be their dream home.
I hope that from now on the Eccles are happy and have no future worries or unhappiness.
