You could save a life
THERE are at present more than 7,000 people throughout the world who are desperately in need of a bone marrow transplant.
The Anthony Nolan Trust is constantly looking for anyone between 18 and 40 willing to give a drop of blood. If it is compatible with someone with leukaemia, aplastia anaemia or immune deficiencies, a bone marrow transplant could well save that person's life.
The charity are looking for any young person (particularly men) who are British, Chinese, Jewish, African or Mediterranean in origin.
If you fit the above criteria, don't hesitate to contact the Anthony Nolan Trust at the Royal Free Hospital, Pond Street, London NW3 4YR Tel 020 7284 1234 or visit anthonynolan.org.uk.
Last year more than 500 lives were saved by the charity.
