AN accident has shut a busy city road junction as emergency crews cut free a driver.
The crash, which involved a white Renault Kangoo and a silver Toyota RAV 4, has closed the junction of Paynes Road and Waterloo Road, Southampton.
The incident happened at about 9.15am. Fire and ambulance crews are presently on the scene.
