Motorists face delays this morning after a HGV broke down on the M271
MOTORISTS face delays on a motorway this morning due to a broken down lorry.
The heavy goods vehicle broke down on the roundabout above junction three of the M27 near Nursling.
It is causing tailbacks on the M271 northbound.
