MOTORISTS are facing long delays after a vehicle broke down on a busy Hampshire road.
The vehicle broke down on the A31 eastbound at Poulner Hill, blocking one lane just before 7.30am.
Drivers are facing long tailbacks from the A338 junction at Ringwood.
