Motorway delays after breakdown
MOTORISTS face fresh motorway delays in Hampshire this morning due to a broken down lorry.
The HGV is currently blocking one lane between junction 9 and junction 8 of the M27 westbound.
Traffic was already slow beforehand with delays of around 30 minutes between junction 10 and junction 5.
