RUSH hour motorists are being urged to use caution in Southampton this evening due to traffic light failures.
Lights in the A33 Town Quay road are not working properly at the junction with High Street and city council highways teams are urging drivers to be careful.
The highways department tweeted: "TOWN QUAY; Traffic lights are not working. Proceed with care".
It comes as commuter routes in and out of the city are facing traffic, while motorists faced delays of up to an hour this morning due to heavy traffic on the M271.
