Chaos both ways on Hampshire main road
MOTORISTS face delays in both directions after a series of incidents on Hampshire main road.
Drivers are experiencing tailbacks of almost two miles between junction one of the M27 and the A31 due to a car in a ditch.
A car crash on the A31 eastbound near Bratley is causing a large build-up of traffic between Picket Post and Shirley Cross.
It involved one vehicle and it is understood the driver is not seriously injured but one lane is blocked and recovery vehicles are on their way.
Meanwhile on the westbound carriage a broken down van is blocking one lane near Ocknell, causing tailbacks of around a mile-and-a-half.
