A MAN is fighting for his life following a four-motorcycle crash on a main road last night.
Police are investigating the collision, which happened on the A32 around 500 yards south of West Meon Hut heading towards Fareham at 7.50pm last night.
Four motorcycles were involved in a collision on the southbound carriageway.
As a result, a 52 year-old man was taken to Southampton General Hospital with multiple life-threatening injuries.
He remains in hospital at this time where his condition is described as critical but stable.
The other three men were also treated at hospital for less serious injuries.
A section of the A32 was closed until around 5am this morning to allow a full investigation of the scene to take place and debris to be cleared.
