Rail delays caused by signal problems
COMMUTERS are facing problems on the railways this morning due to signalling problems.
Trains are currently unable to stop at Portsmouth Harbour station and engineers are en route.
Passengers are instead advised to get off at Portsmouth & Southsea station.
