Woman on motorway was three times drink drive limit - at 8.30am
A WOMAN was arrested after driving whilst more than three times the drink drive limit at 8.30am.
After the 27-year-old failed to provide a breath specimen at Rownhams Services near Southampton, she was arrested by Hampshire Roads Police Unit and breathalysed.
She blew readings of 118 and 122 - the legal limit is 35.
