Traffic light failure causes motorway delays
Drivers can expect delays on their commute this morning due to a traffic light failure.
A traffic light failure on the slip road on M3 Northbound at J9 A34, Winnal Roundabout, Winchester, has caused congestion back to J10 A31 at Winchester.
The build up of traffic has been caused by the first set of lights not working as motorists come off the northbound M3.
