A WOMAN suffered serious head injuries after being hit by a bus in Southampton city centre.
The woman has been taken to Southampton General Hospital with after the incident in Vincent’s Walk yesterday morning.
A police investigation has been launched and an ambulance spokesman said the woman was left “semi-conscious”.
Police were called at 9.53am and closed the road for more than an hour.
