TRAINS for commuters travelling on the Isle of Wight have been suspended this morning.
The Island Line has cancelled trains with disruptions expected to last until at least 10am after a train broke down.
The incident happened at around 7am between Ryde Head Pier and Shanklin and has stopped trains running between the stations.
The disruption will affect commuters across the Island and engineers are believed to be on the scene trying to fix the issue.
Buses will be serving all Island stations on the line this morning and bosses have said anyone experiencing delays on their journey as a result of the disruption may be entitled to compensation.
