Mainline trains cancelled after signal fault
HAMPSHIRE commuters faceddelays of up to 30 minutes after an electrical fault in Southampton.
Engineers were called to fix the electrical supply problem at Redbridge but some early services between Brockenhurst and London Waterloo were cancelled.
Some trains missed stops and headed straight from Southampton Central to Waterloo.
South West Trains warned passengers to expect major disruption and check for alternative routes before travelling.
The electrical problems were fixed by 8.30am.
