Severe delays after crash on Hampshire motorway
DRIVERS were facing severe delays after a crash on a Hampshire motorway.
One lane of the M3 northbound was blocked between junction 14 and 13 north of Southampton following an earlier collision.
The vehicles have now been cleared but as a result traffic was building on the M27 as far west as the New Forest and as far east as junction nine for Whiteley.
There were also delays on the M271 northbound.
UPDATE 10:30pm: Traffic has now returned to normal in the area.
