Motorist are facing severe delays on the M3 southbound
Motorists travelling on the M3 are facing severe delays.
Southbound traffic is stop-start between Junction 6 for Basingstoke and Junction 7 for Dummer.
There are reports that an earlier vehicle fire led to smoke blowing across the road.
Drivers are facing also facing congestion at Junction 5 for Hook.
