FLIGHTS are being diverted and delayed after fog descended on Hampshire.
Residents woke to a thick blanket of fog this morning and drivers faced motorway traffic earlier in the morning.
Now the problems have spread to Southampton Airport where journeys are being disrupted by the conditions.

Flights from Leeds and Glasgow have been called and services from Guernsey and Amsterdam have been diverted.
Meanwhile there are delays to flights from Jersey, Manchester, Dublin and Newcastle.
Outgoing trips to Paris and Amsterdam are also being delayed.
